Shipping:

We strive to process all orders within 1-2 business days. Once it has shipped, the average delivery time is 4-10 business days.

For orders that involve personalization (letters, symbols, etc...), dispatch takes a bit longer as these items are made to order.

If you choose priority processing as your shipping option, your item will be fast-tracked to the front of the line to be created first and sent out within 24-36 hours, the shipping method itself is not faster; priority processing is just about the customization process.

When your item is sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with a tracking number.

Returns:

We have a 30-day money-back guarantee for all our items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We will issue a full refund— no worries! Please get in touch with us to send an item back, and we will assist you from there.

• All products must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• All products must be unworn and unwashed. 
• We will cover return costs as long as items are in original condition - and you will receive a full refund of the amount paid to us to your original payment method.

Did you write the wrong address or made a mistake during the customization process? We can change it, but only if your order has not been shipped out yet.
